By booking with Ghana Soul, you consent to the processing of your personal data (including sensitive data such as dietary or health requirements) to fulfil your travel arrangements. Your data will be shared with service providers (e.g. airlines, hotels, local operators), and may be transferred outside the EEA to countries with different data protection laws.

DATA RETENTION

We will retain your data for the duration of the tour package, and 12 months thereafter in case of any follow-up procedures. If you have opted to be on our mailing list, your information will be held in perpetuity until cancelled and as required by law. You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

We adhere to strict security measures to protect your data and will retain it only for the duration required by law or to manage your booking.
