TOUR TICKET RETURNS POLICY

November Q4. to December Q1. 2026

Overview

This Travel Ticket Returns & Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms on which customers may cancel, amend, or request a refund for a booking made with Ghana Soul, of whom operates guided 7–10 days tours in the country of Ghana (West Africa). The terms herein will be subject to the laws of England & Wales.

This Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once:

    • Full payment or the required deposit has been received, and

    • A written confirmation (including an invoice and/or ticket) has been issued by “Ghana Soul”

Deposits and balances must be paid within the time frames stated at the time of booking.


3. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to [insert contact email]. The date of cancellation will be the date the written notice is received.

Refunds will be issued according to the schedule below:

Notice Period (before trip start date) Refund Entitlement
More than 30 days 90% refund (10% retained as admin fee)
15–29 days 50% refund
7–14 days 25% refund
Less than 7 days No refund
